To ensure that we stay ahead of the curve (and the competition) we have taken some big steps.

A NEW PLANT

In 2010, we designed and built a brand new production facility. The regulatory environment that processors operate in is becoming increasingly more stringent. We wanted to make certain that we could exceed both today’s and tomorrow’s standards. In addition, our success had brought us to the point where we just needed to be able to make more sausage. With our present configuration, we have
doubled the capacity of our previous plant  and still have space for
even more growth down the road.


PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

New plant – new equipment. We have the latest, most capable versions of all the best stuff. We are doing x-ray inspection, robotic case packing, whatever it takes to offer you the highest quality, safest product, and do it at the best possible price.
